ABOUT THIS COURSE
This course is a first experiential introduction to image-based facilitation, designed for helping professionals who wish to explore the use of images as a way to open understanding, perspective, and meaning, without turning them into a mechanical or interpretative technique.
Throughout the session, you will experience how an image can become a support for exploration, allowing relevant information to emerge without forcing processes or directing conclusions.
The focus is not on learning what to do, but on how to be when facilitating others.
The course is grounded in the perspective of the Introspekt method, which is introduced experientially throughout the session.

WHO THIS COURSE IS FOR
This course is intended for helping professionals who wish to explore another way of guiding and supporting, one that is more coherent with their sensitivity and professional ethics.

If you already have a solid foundation in image-based facilitation and wish to deepen your professional practice, the Introspekt Practitioner is the next step. An in-person training programme in a small group, focused on developing the facilitator’s role through supervised practice, discernment and presence.
An introductory journey to understand how the Introspekt method approaches change facilitation through images. This online content offers a theoretical and reflective approach to a different way of accompanying change—one that is more respectful of individual processes, more attentive to symbolic language, and more aligned with the professional’s perspective. Through interactive modules, examples, and reflection prompts, you will be able to understand the foundations of the Introspekt method and explore whether this way of seeing and accompanying resonates with you, before taking further steps.
An advanced program for those who already use the method and wish to take their practice to a deeper and more conscious level. Integrate experience and presence to hold complex processes with coherence and authenticity.
