THE WORKSHOP
An experiential workshop designed to help participants identify, recognize and value natural talents, strengths and personal abilities through images and visual association.
Throughout the session, we will work with individual and group dynamics aimed at facilitating the recognition of valuable aspects of oneself that are not always easy to see or put into words.
The images act as projective supports, helping participants broaden perspective, connect with inner abilities and recognize potentials that may be emerging at this stage of personal or professional life.
At the end of the workshop, each participant will leave with:
No previous experience is required.
Only openness, curiosity and willingness for self-exploration.
By the end of the workshop, you will leave with:
For many people, this workshop becomes an opportunity to recognize abilities that were already present, but had not yet been clearly seen, named or valued.
The workshop also offers a direct experience of the Introspekt methodology and an opportunity to discover how working with images can support processes of awareness, personal development and professional orientation through a deep and non-directive approach.
The workshop is carried out using Introspekt cards, which will be available throughout the session.
Purchasing the card set is optional and can be decided independently after the workshop experience.
The workshop takes place in person and in a small group format.
We use images as tools for introspection, projection and dialogue within the Introspekt methodological framework.
The experience combines:
This is not a test or a labeling system.
The focus is on facilitating processes of inner recognition and listening, allowing each person to discover what genuinely resonates with them.
If you already have a solid foundation in image-based facilitation and wish to deepen your professional practice, the Introspekt Practitioner is the next step. An in-person training programme in a small group, focused on developing the facilitator’s role through supervised practice, discernment and presence.
An introductory journey to understand how the Introspekt method approaches change facilitation through images. This online content offers a theoretical and reflective approach to a different way of accompanying change—one that is more respectful of individual processes, more attentive to symbolic language, and more aligned with the professional’s perspective. Through interactive modules, examples, and reflection prompts, you will be able to understand the foundations of the Introspekt method and explore whether this way of seeing and accompanying resonates with you, before taking further steps.
An advanced program for those who already use the method and wish to take their practice to a deeper and more conscious level. Integrate experience and presence to hold complex processes with coherence and authenticity. A training to consolidate your personal style as a facilitator and expand the perspective that inspires your practice.
