Personal and Professional Challenges 2026: An Experiential Workshop in Image-Based Alchemy (Introspekt Method) 02/2026

About this course

ABOUT THIS COURSE

This workshop offers a first experiential introduction to image-based facilitation, designed for helping professionals who wish to explore the use of images as a way to open understanding, perspective, and meaning, without turning them into a mechanical or interpretative technique.

Throughout the session, you will experience how an image can become a support for exploration, allowing relevant information to emerge without forcing processes or steering conclusions.

The focus is not on learning what to do, but on how to be when accompanying others.

The workshop is grounded in the Introspekt Method, which is introduced experientially throughout the session.

HOW IT WORKS

This is a 5-hour intensive, face-to-face workshop, with experiential practices carried out individually, in pairs, and in group settings, using the Introspekt cards as working material.

During the workshop, you will:

  • experience what it is like to be accompanied

  • observe how an image-based process is facilitated

  • practise from the facilitator’s role

  • reflect on presence, listening, and boundaries

Theory is introduced in an integrated and contextual way, emerging from what unfolds in practice and always in service of the experience.

What will you get?

WHAT YOU'LL GET FROM THIS COURSE

  • A direct and carefully held experience of the Introspekt approach, applied to real personal and professional challenges.

  • An experiential understanding of the essential principles of the method and its way of working with images, beyond techniques or interpretation.

  • A first introduction to the three key differentiating elements of Introspekt:

    • working from talent

    • attending to readiness for movement

    • practising deep, non-invasive listening

  • Practices in pairs and groups to accompany without directing, holding the process through presence and curiosity.

  • Clarity to decide, from direct experience, whether this approach resonates with your way of accompanying others and whether you wish to continue along the Introspekt training pathway.

  • This workshop does not qualify participants to facilitate advanced image-based processes, but it does allow you to understand the method’s perspective from the inside and to assess, with discernment, its personal and professional application.

  • During the workshop, participants work with the Introspekt cards as exploration material. At the end of the session, each person can freely decide whether they wish to acquire the material in order to continue practising and exploring independently.

WHO THIS COURSE IS FOR

This course is intended for helping professionals who wish to explore another way of guiding and supporting, one that is more coherent with their sensitivity and professional ethics.

It is not a course for complete beginners, nor for those looking for quick tools or immediate results.

The use of Introspekt method and cards requires discernment, presence and respect for the timing of each process, aspects that are introduced and carefully framed during this training.
