About this course

OBJECTIVE

To integrate the Introspekt Method into professional practice in order to design and facilitate image-based interventions applied to real situations within the organisation.

The certification enables HR, talent, development and consulting professionals to:

  • Broaden their resources for working with individuals and teams in a deeper, more participative and meaningful way.
  • Use images with sound judgement, confidence and an approach suited to the business context.
  • Design interventions linked to needs such as talent development, leadership, communication, teams and change processes.
  • Facilitate conversations that help bring to light what is difficult to articulate and open up new perspectives.
  • Turn the reflection generated during sessions into decisions, commitments and concrete action.
  • Develop greater presence, listening skills and intentionality in their role as internal or external facilitators.

FACILITATING TRANSFORMATION IN ORGANISATIONS

Facilitating with images within an organisation requires more than knowing a series of practices. It involves understanding what the individual, the team and the organisation need; choosing the right intervention; holding space for what emerges; and translating it into an outcome that is useful within the professional context.

Throughout the certification, participants develop their ability to:

  • Understand individuals within their professional context: explore how they perceive a situation, the meaning they attribute to it, and the strengths, motivations, needs or barriers that influence them.
  • Understand relationships and teams: observe what brings people together or pushes them apart, and how roles, expectations, interests and power dynamics affect them.
  • Define the purpose of the intervention: connect each practice with an organisational need and clear outcomes.
  • Broaden perspectives: help people discover new insights, alternatives and possibilities for action.
  • Listen deeply: recognise what is expressed, what is difficult to articulate and what needs space in order to emerge.
  • Make strengths and talent visible: help individuals and teams recognise their resources and find ways to apply them.
  • Ask questions that open up reflection: intervene without directing responses or imposing interpretations.
  • Use observation and intuition with sound judgement: distinguish observable facts from personal hypotheses and avoid premature conclusions.
  • Facilitate with impartiality and presence: hold the process without judging, taking it over or assuming unnecessary prominence.
  • Work with emotions within a professional framework: allow space for emotional expression when relevant, while respecting the boundaries and purpose of the intervention.
  • Create a psychologically safe space: protect confidentiality, manage the level of personal exposure and establish the conditions people need to participate with confidence.
  • Turn reflection into action: translate what emerges into learning, decisions, commitments or concrete next steps.
  • Adapt the method to the organisational context: use appropriate language and design interventions that are aligned with each organisation’s culture, objectives and circumstances.

The programme combines learning the Introspekt Method with hands-on practice, supervision and application to real cases. In this way, participants not only acquire new techniques but also develop the sound judgement and presence needed to use them responsibly and create a meaningful impact on individuals, teams and organisations.

What will you get?

  2. Versatility: You get a tool for those moments when you need a change of heart, get someone out of a limiting emotion or narrative, discover a block or identify their strengths and talents (among other things).
  3. Speed: You have at hand, when it suits you, a process accelerator that is always respectful of your client's level of consciousness.
  4. Online: You have a magnificent resource for your remote sessions, to maintain client connection and commitment even from a distance. Also a box with images for your in-person sessions. It is the same method although with different aspects depending on the format.
  5. Increased sensitivity: You train your perceptive capacity, your intuition and your sensitivity. And therefore your ability to connect and help.
  6. Community: You will be able to share the “intervisions” with other professionals, who can enrich and give you perspective on the processes in which you choose to delve deeper.
  7. Differentiation: The use of the method enhances the unique combination that is your voice, your channel, what makes you different and unique. And that leads you to the recognition and results you want.
