THE WORKSHOP
This workshop is an experiential introspective journey through images, designed for people who are at a moment of personal or professional reflection and wish to look more clearly at the challenges they are facing.
During the session, images are used as a support to explore real situations from your personal or professional life. They help bring order, widen perspective, and identify possible movements forward, facilitating a clearer understanding of the situation you are living.
The workshop takes place in a small group, allowing for a careful rhythm and depth of work. The focus is not on learning concepts or reaching fixed conclusions, but on giving space to what needs to be looked at now.
The experience is held within the Introspekt perspective, understood as a framework that supports a respectful way of working with images and with each person’s process.
HOW IT WORKS
This is a 3-hour, in-person workshop, held in a small group and focused on exploring real personal and professional challenges through images.
Throughout the session, individual work alternates with work in pairs and small groups, always starting from the situations each person brings. Images serve as a starting point to observe, give form to, and open new perspectives on what is at play.
The rhythm of the workshop is calm and carefully held, allowing each participant to work from their own place, without pressure to share more than they wish or to reach specific conclusions.
The working material consists of the Introspekt cards, which are used throughout the session as a support for exploration and reflection.
By the end of the workshop, you may leave with:
greater clarity about the personal or professional moment you are living
a broader understanding of the challenges you are facing and the movements available to you
increased awareness of the resources and strengths that can support you at this stage
a deep and carefully held experience of working with images applied to real situations
For many people, this workshop represents a first step towards seeing things differently, bringing order to what felt scattered, and making decisions with greater inner coherence.
It also offers an opportunity to experience the Introspekt perspective from the inside and to sense whether this way of working resonates on a personal or professional level.
The work during the workshop is carried out using the Introspekt cards, which will be available during the session.
The purchase of the card set is optional and is decided independently after the experience.
Over the 5 hours, you will work with core dynamics of the Introspekt Method, applied to personal and professional challenges connected to the year that is beginning. The practices are designed to support clarity, inner movement, and awareness, through a guided experience that respects each participant’s rhythm.
The workshop follows a simple and meaningful inner journey, which each person experiences at their own pace:
1. Starting point
Taking time to arrive and notice how we are right now: the emotional and life state we bring into the space.
2. Where I am and what could help me move forward
Exploring the current situation and the next possible movement that may support progress at this moment.
3. Resources and strengths
Becoming aware of available resources and strengths, and how they can support this stage of the journey.
4. Limits and blocks
Looking at what limits or blocks well-being, in order to recognise it more clearly and open new ways of relating to it.
This workshop is for you if:
you are at a moment of personal or professional reflection
you sense that something needs to be looked at with more calm and clarity
you are interested in exploring your challenges through experience
you value carefully held spaces, in small groups, with respect for personal rhythms
No prior experience with images or with the Introspekt approach is required.
This space may be especially meaningful for people who work supporting others (psychologists, therapists, coaches, trainers…), but it is not limited to professionals. Anyone who resonates with this approach and with the proposal is welcome.
If you already have a solid foundation in image-based facilitation and wish to deepen your professional practice, the Introspekt Practitioner is the next step. An in-person training programme in a small group, focused on developing the facilitator’s role through supervised practice, discernment and presence.
An introductory journey to understand how the Introspekt method approaches change facilitation through images. This online content offers a theoretical and reflective approach to a different way of accompanying change—one that is more respectful of individual processes, more attentive to symbolic language, and more aligned with the professional’s perspective. Through interactive modules, examples, and reflection prompts, you will be able to understand the foundations of the Introspekt method and explore whether this way of seeing and accompanying resonates with you, before taking further steps.
An advanced program for those who already use the method and wish to take their practice to a deeper and more conscious level. Integrate experience and presence to hold complex processes with coherence and authenticity. A training to consolidate your personal style as a facilitator and expand the perspective that inspires your practice.
